Details
- The halal breakfast bento boxes offered at the Italian Kitchen “Verde Cassa” are prepared using halal ingredients (Hinomoto Foods) that have received halal certification from the Japan Halal Association.
* Only meat (chicken and beef) that has received halal certification is used.
* Only seasonings (soy sauce, mirin, etc.) that have received halal certification are used. - The halal dishes are prepared in our dedicated kitchen and with dedicated cooking utensils that have received halal certification from the Japan Islamic Trust.
- The halal dishes are served in dedicated tableware.
